Even in an accessible room I couldn't cruise without the shower chair and toilet surround which I hire because the ships, one size fits all fittings doesn't suit me. A rollator helps in the cabin. A hired powered wheelchair avoids my husband having to push my own manual wheelchair the length of these ships, and gives me independence too.

She made sure the equipment I hired for my Mum was suitable. She gave clear instructions for collection and return. A relief to have all the arrangements sorted. Fabulous service thank you.
